It is only in Beta Testing phase, but so far it seems like it is the best new tool. I have used LogMeIn.com and it works great, but requires previous access to a machine to add to “My Computers.” But this is just a quick way to do ad hoc desktop shares. It has other file sharing and collaboration tools. Super cool!
BTW – it is in the family category because that is what it is perfect for… helping family members with computer problems.
